Sportswatches2go is based in Ashbourne, Derbyshire and is one of a number of successfull 2Go Internet sites. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and will always endeavour to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers..

The telephone is manned for sales from Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 - 16:00. Outside of these hours the phone may be answered but if not, messages are picked up regularly and responded to as soon as possible.
Our aim is to respond to e-mail & telephone enquiries within 48hrs whether we can help or not. If your enquiry is urgent please say so and we will endeavour to respond appropriately.
Payment
We are able to accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, PayPal and Protx credit card either online or via telephone.
After you have placed your order and it has been verified you will receive an email to confirm your order details. We will then contact you via email with regards to product availability and payment details if relevant (see terms and conditions for full details).
Please note that a handling charge of £6.00 per item will be deducted from any refund for items that are returned more than 15 days after depatch by us (see T & C's for full detail).
Watch Exchange
If you wish to exchange watches for an alternative, we will do so at no extra cost to you, other than the cost of returning the original watch to us.
If the price of the replacement watch is less than the original, we will refund the difference and if the price of the replacement watch is more than the original we will arrange for you to pay the difference.
Please e-mail us at returns@sportswatches2go.co.uk to notify us of your intent to exchange your watch, including your name and details of the watch to be returned and the replacement watch details.
Returns
You must tell us by e-mail that you wish to return your goods within 3 days of your receipt of the goods. Please e-mail us at returns@sportswatches2go.co.uk. Your e-mail should include your name, order date and items to be returned.
Please note that bespoke items cannot be returned.
The Goods must then be returned to us at Sportswatches2Go within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods. Both the goods and all packaging must be in their original condition; they must be securely wrapped and include our delivery slip.

All goods are returned at your own risk. It is therefore advised that Recorded or Special Delivery is used to provide you with proof of delivery and the appropriate level of insurance. The customer bears the cost of return postage.
Please note that returns received more than 15 days from depatch are outside of the Distance Selling Act and attract a handling charge of £6.00 per item. In addition, any items received back in a poor condition will incur further charges dependant on the item's condition.
After we have received the Goods and confirmed that they are in an acceptable condition, we will refund you, either via your credit / debit card or by Cheque, with the full purchase price of the returned goods, less the current handling charge if applicable, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
Delivery
Delivery timescales differ depending on stock availability:
If the item is in stock and the order is placed before 16:00 it will be despatched next working day.
If Items are out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery date and offer you the option to cancel the order if this is not acceptable. |
